NGN 2009 Proceeds

Narrow Gauge North 2009 has raised £5500 for Wheatfields Hospice.

The organisers would like to thank all who attended the show and also the staff of Benton Park School for their assistance in making this such a successful event.

We look forward to seeing you all on 13th & 14th March 2010.

Winner - Best In Show 2009
 

Camp 93 “Parsons Lumber Company” was voted Best In Show 2009 by the visitors of Narrow Gauge North 2009. They receive a Pair of First Class tickets kindly donated by the Ffestiniog Railway, they also receive two 'Best In Show 2009' mugs. Full details, including additional photographs, regarding 'Camp 93' can be found here.

Mr Paul Webb from Dorset is the winning "Best In Show" voter. He also receives a Pair of First Class tickets.

Rheilffordd Ffestiniog Railway

Best In Show Award

The Ffestiniog Railway have kindly donated two pairs of First Class tickets as prizes for the Narrow Gauge North 2009 'Best In Show' award. The Layout voted 'Best In Show' by the public received one pair of First Class tickets for the Ffestiniog Railway. All visitors who voted at the show were entered into the prize draw to win the second pair of tickets.

Results of the vote will be published shortly.

What is Narrow Gauge North?

Narrow Gauge North is an annual Model Railway Exhibition held at Benton Park School, Rawdon, Leeds.
All proceeds from the exhibition are donated to the local
Sue Ryder Care Home - Wheatfields Hospice.
The show has been running since 1994. Narrow Gauge North 2009 was the 16th show.
In 2008 we raised £5200 for
Wheatfields Hospice. The results of the 2009 show will be announced shortly.
